Design and Simulate Pipe Networks in Your Browser
SimuPipe is browser-based pipe network simulation software for hydraulic and gas-flow analysis. Build networks visually with drag-and-drop, configure 12 component types (pipes, pumps, valves, tanks, fittings, orifice plates), and run incompressible, isothermal compressible, or adiabatic compressible solvers. All calculations are standards-backed: Darcy-Weisbach with Colebrook-White friction, IEC 60534 valve sizing, ISO 5167 orifice plates, Crane TP-410 fittings, Peng-Robinson EOS for non-ideal gases, and IAPWS-IF97 for steam.
Use SimuPipe free for networks up to 10 nodes with water or air. Upgrade to Pro for 200 nodes, all 38 fluids, full export, and EPANET .inp import.
- Solvers: incompressible Q-H, isothermal P-ṁ, adiabatic P-ṁ-T
- Valves: control valves with IEC 60534 Cv/Kv, expansion factor Y, choked-flow detection
- Fluids: 38 presets covering refrigerants, hydrocarbons, gases, water, steam
- Friction: Darcy-Weisbach (Colebrook-White) and Hazen-Williams
Free engineering calculators: friction loss, valve sizing, Reynolds number, pipe sizing, orifice plate, steam tables. See methodology, documentation, or engineering blog.
