By accessing or using SimuPipe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SimuPipe is a web-based pipe network modeling and hydraulic simulation tool. It provides approximate calculations based on standard fluid mechanics equations including Darcy-Weisbach, Colebrook-White, and Bernoulli's principle.

3. Engineering Disclaimer — Important

SimuPipe is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Simulation results are approximate and must not be used as the sole basis for any engineering design, safety decision, construction activity, or operational procedure.

All results produced by SimuPipe must be independently verified by a qualified, licensed professional engineer before being used in any real-world application. The user assumes full responsibility for validating all outputs against applicable codes, standards, and site-specific conditions.

SimuPipe does not replace professional engineering judgment. Users should not rely on simulation outputs for safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimuPipe and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or reliance on simulation results
• Engineering or design decisions based on outputs from the Service
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in calculations
• Any loss, injury, or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Service
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any results will be accurate or reliable.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Independently verify all simulation results before using them for any engineering purpose
• Not use the Service for safety-critical applications without independent professional review
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and engineering standards
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized persons

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimuPipe, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with SimuPipe Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. Refund requests should be sent to support@simupipe.com. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and typically take 5–10 business days. This policy applies to the first payment only; subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
