Pipe Condensation Calculator
Calculate moisture condensation when warm humid air flows through a cold pipe - common in WWTP aeration blower lines, outdoor compressed-air distribution, and ductwork passing through cold environments. Uses combined heat transfer (cylindrical conduction + convection) and psychrometric analysis to find pipe wall temperature, dew point, and condensate rate.
Inputs: inlet air temperature and humidity, ambient temperature, pipe size and material, insulation (if any), wind speed, and run length. Output: wall temperature profile, condensation start point, and total condensate per hour. Used to size drain points and decide on insulation.
