Compressed Air Moisture Calculator
Calculate condensate produced at each stage of a compressed-air system: aftercooler (immediately after the compressor), and dryer (refrigerated or desiccant). Uses psychrometric properties at compressor inlet conditions to find inlet humidity, then tracks moisture removal at each treatment step. Returns condensate rate (L/h or gal/h) per stage and the resulting pressure dew point and atmospheric dew point.
Used to size drain points, dryer capacity, and decide between refrigerated (typical pressure dew point +3 °C) and desiccant (down to −40 °C or lower) drying.
